ISOL-AIDE Ventilation /
Filtration Units (VFU) have been used in hundreds of health care settings
nationwide to comply with OSHA and CDC engineering control guidelines. The VFU
is a compact, movable device that when properly installed, will create negative
room pressure, enhanced air flow patterns and maintain negative pressure when
doors are opened using an exclusive, patented fan speed override circuit. The
VFU can be wall or ceiling mounted in existing rooms or over general use,
waiting areas. |

Thoroughly Tested to Remove
Bacterial Aerosols Published, comprehensive
testing demonstrates the VFU's ability to remove bacterial aerosols
from the air. This permits safe recirculation within the facility or outdoor
exhaust regardless of proximity to people or open windows.
Automatic Room Pressure
Control Patented fan speed control maintains comfortable air flow levels
during normal operation for improved compliance. Automatically increases air
flow when doors are opened to maintain negative pressure and insure
safety.
Local and Optional Remote
Alarms ISOL-AIDE constantly monitors filters, UV light, blower operation
and entry or egress. Audible and visual alarms at the VFU signal trouble. An
optional, remote alarm panel can be located at a station or terminals can be
tied to a central building system.
Durable, Tamper Resistant
Construction The VFU cabinet is baked, epoxy painted steel, with tamper
resistant, Torx screws. A hidden override switch can be used to disable control
panel.
Energy Efficient ISOL-AIDE
safely recirculates conditioned air within the facility rather than exhausting
it out of doors. The patented fan speed control allows the fan to operate at
low speed, with less energy consumption, until door is opened.

Notice: Component Systems,
Inc. congratulates America's health care system for controlling the resurgence
of Tuberculosis. There is now insufficient demand for Isol-Aide TB isolation
products so they are no longer being manufactured. However, parts are available
by calling 1-800-ISOLATE. |
